ROMANY STUDIO is a gallery with a difference.

Opened in Tunstall, Suffolk, in 2004, it is owned and run by the artists whose work is seen around its walls.

JENNY PARTRIDGE is the author of some fifteen titles. Her Oakapple Wood series won the acclaimed Critici in Urbar International Children's Prize at the Bologna Book Fair. Her work has been translated into many languages and reproduced superbly by Wedgwood in a series of plates and figurines. Kitchen Pictures represents a new and exciting venture.

NIGEL CASSELDINE is a Royal West of England Academician and a member of the Association of Illustrators. He is a past winner of the Brandler Painting Prize and has work represented in many important collections including those of the Marquis of Bath at Longleat, the Cheltenham and Gloucester 20th century collection of British painting, and at the permanent collection of the R.W.A. in Bristol.

Nigel and Jenny regularly exhibit in leading galleries in Britain and abroad.

Romany Studio offers work without commission by its members and low commission rates on invited artists. All are quality professional makers who share the philosophy of the Studio: "Run by artists for those who love the arts".
Coffee and tea can be enjoyed at the Studio and in the courtyard garden.
